Medha is currently driving transformative initiatives as the Director of Special Projects and Technology Transfer at IP Bazzaar and Patentwire. Her role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, from facilitating seamless technology transfers and IP commercialization to providing technology consultation. With a keen eye on the future, she excels in Technology Portfolio Management, Technology In-Out Search, and Whitespace Analysis.
Drawing her experience from steering numerous Govt. funded projects during her PhD research, she brings a wealth of project management expertise to the table. Her journey as a researcher has fortified her skills in collaboration and team leadership. She believes in creating synergies that drive innovation and foster a dynamic team environment.
As a registered Indian Patent Agent, she possesses the acumen to strategically leverage intellectual property for driving business growth. Her approach involves not just managing but optimizing the IP landscape for organizational success.
