Technical Description
The present invention introduces a resonant amplification system for displacement with the ability of allowing high-precision, nearly perfectstraight-line scanning at high speeds and over extended ranges. Furthermore, the new displacement amplification system effectively compensates for significant parasitic errors for accurate, nearly perfect straight-line motion.
