Inductive Eddy Sensor

Technical Description

This invention describes a non-contact, inductive temperature sensing method and system that measures the temperature of static or rotating conductive targets by driving a sensing coil with a sinusoidal excitation and correlating changes in the real part of the coil’s impedance to the target’s temperature.
