Technical Description
This invention is an online optical instrument that continuously measures fly ash concentration in industrial stacks, even in the presence of high moisture or droplets. It uses a polarized green laser and multi-angle scattering detection to separate fly ash from water aerosol, enabling accurate, real-time particulate emission monitoring in wet stacks where conventional opacity systems give erroneous readings.
