This invention relates to an nanoenzyme based detection system designed to identify specific nucleic acid biomarkers with high sensitivity. The Nanoenzyme Linked Oligo Probe Sorbent Assay (NLOPSA) employs metallic nanoparticles conjugated with oligonucleotide probe to detect microRNAs efficiently in diagnostic applications.
