Technical Description
The instant technology provided as automated immunoassay device for point of care/ use applications that performs immunoassay for measurement of biological analytes including COVID-19 variants. The magnetic stirrer in the device mixes the sample, beads and antibody/conjugate cocktail in the cassette and a neutral liquid or air is pumped to the mixture that is further allowed to incubate, and washing is performed to remove the unwanted beads. The immunoassay performs sample processing in less than 15 minutes whereas the ELISA test takes 6 hours.
