PROFILE
Ms. Shruthi Kaushik is an IP Attorney with more than 19 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property. Shruti is empanelled as speaker and faculty with Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, for IP Awareness Programmes organized by the Ministry.
Shruthi has rich experience in IP Prosecution, Licensing, Valuation, and Technology Transfer. She has been dealing with patents across all major fields of invention for Indian and Overseas Clients. She has serviced applicants like DMRC, IITs, Novartis, Viber, DBT, ICAR, and many more with specialized focus on General Utility, Chemical, Medical, Immunological, Biochemical, Herbal, Agriculture, Biotechnological, Pharmaceuticals, Mechanicals, IT, and Electronics patents.
Post gaining learning experience during her association with leading brands like IBM, CSIR, Amity University and FICCI, Shruti co-founded Patentwire, a Patent and Technology Consulting firm, in 2008. In addition, Shruthi is a Guest Faculty at IITs, NIESBUD, RGNIIPM, and a regular speaker at various conferences organized by Public and Private Institutions.
