Technical Description
The present invention relates to a noncontact angle sensor based on eddy current technique. It provides a method for detecting an angular displacement of an object using a non-contact sensor system is disclosed. The sensor has no electrical contact to the rotary part and the output is immune to moisture, dust, and oil.
