Technical Description

The invention introduces a Zinc-coated Zigzag Boron Nitride Nanoribbons (Zn-ZBNNRs) Spintronic Device. The Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) effect achieved through spin polarized density functional theory (DFT) and non-equilibrium Greens function (NEGF) methods, is ideal for ultra-sensitive magnetic field sensors and intrusion detection devices.
