Technical Description

This invention describes a U-shaped plasmonic optical fiber probe fabricated via sputter-deposited Ni/Ti/Cr/Cu nano-islands (3-6 nm) as seeds for solution-grown Au/Ag nanoparticles, enabling stable LSPR sensing of chemical/biological species with acid/base durability.
