Threaded Multiphase Rheology Apparatus

Technical Description

This invention is an apparatus and method for in‑situ rheological characterization of multi‑phase fluids using a threaded rotor inside a static chamber. The Oppositely angled threaded sections simultaneously mix and shear different phases, enabling accurate estimation of viscosity, elasticity, and consistency under controlled shear.
