Room-Temperature NO2 Sensor

Technical Description

This invention describes a flexible bismuth ferrite-silver nanowire (BiFeO3-Ag NW) nanocomposite enables sub-ppm NO2 detection at room temperature (25–40°C), eliminating high-heat operation (150–500°C) of prior BFO sensors. The sensor offers rapid response/recovery with low energy use for real-time environmental monitoring.
