Technical Description
This invention describes an enhanced pilot and data allocation scheme for SC-FDMA (DFT-spread OFDM) that supports robust channel estimation even with single-slot allocation in high-Doppler (high-speed) channels. It preserves the low PAPR advantage of SC-FDMA while introducing flexible localized and distributed pilot placement for reliable time–frequency tracking.
