Technical Description
The invention provides a highly portable, multi-sensory external robotic reformer tube crawler to inspect high-temperature hydrogen reformer tubes. By combining dual-laser profiling, low-frequency eddy current testing, and dry EMAT sensors, the system non-destructively maps internal wall defects and outer diametrical creep variation without requiring a liquid couplant.
