Smart Power Management in Wire Cutting

Technical Description

The invention provides a system and method for dynamic power control in CNC hot wire cutting machines. It modulates the electrical power and temperature of a wire heating element based directly on the cutting feed rate to prevent material over-melting during velocity changes.
