This invention introduces a precise manufacturing method for single-layer multi-point diamond dressing tools using a CNC-driven, vacuum-operated micro-particle gripper-releaser. The system implants individual diamond grits into pre-drilled micro-holes in a customized array, reducing filler alloy consumption while delivering controlled grit protrusion and high joint strength.
