Technical Description
This invention introduces a non-destructive structural health monitoring system that captures real-time, in-service strain and deformation data using a multi-camera array and an on-board Digital Image Correlation (DIC) hardware platform. The self-contained system computes structural damage metrics autonomously without requiring the target object to be grounded or removed from service.
