Technical Description
The technology introduces a simple process to produce branched zinc oxide (ZnO) nanostructures by growing ZnO nanowires electrochemically inside an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template and then etching them in sodium hydroxide. The process needs no seed layers, modifiers or catalysts, and yields high-purity structures with tunable morphology.
