Technical Description
The technology relates to the production of high-strength alclad sheets by bonding pure aluminium AA1060 layers to an age-hardenable AA6061 alloy core. The prepared layers are stacked, riveted and joined through single-pass load-assisted cold roll bonding, followed by a short low-temperature heat treatment and multi-pass rolling.
