Technical Description
This invention introduces a method for modifying the thermal properties of ammonium perchlorate by introducing potassium during recrystallisation via active filtering substrates like multi-layer cotton cloth, a 15 μm stainless steel sieve, or filter paper. By precisely altering the chemical composition of the oxidizer matrix, the process optimizes reaction kinetics to significantly increase the burning rate of propellants.
