This invention introduces a liquid composite dielectric material comprising a morphotropic phase boundary ferroelectric ceramic powder dispersed uniformly within an organic glycol liquid medium. By establishing a parallel micro-insulating core matrix that boosts dielectric permittivity past 10,000 at 40 Hz, the material provides high energy density storage for supercapacitors while eliminating the need for multi-cell hardware balancing.
