Technical Description
This micro-extrusion apparatus integrates high-temperature induction heating with localized cooling to manufacture precision micro-components. By heating metal billets up to specified high temperatures while protecting structural components with a water-cooled copper channel, it successfully overcomes thermal expansion challenges and enables both forward and backward micro-extrusion processes.
