Technical Description

This invention relates to a microfluidic device and method for the seed-mediated synthesis of dog-bone shaped gold nanoparticles with tunable plasmonic peaks. The synthesized nanostructures are utilized alongside pulse laser activation for efficient optoporation-based intracellular delivery in therapeutics and diagnostics.
