Technical Description
This invention fabricates complex 3D shapes using 2-axis CNC machines. It cuts 2D profiles to build stacked support cores. Outer transition surfaces are automatically unwrapped into flat 2D sheets. These flexible sheets clad the core, eliminating staircase defects. This achieves original target curvature without expensive multi-axis hardware.
