Technical Description

This invention relates to an advanced mineral extraction system designed for producing high purity magnetite from red mud using serially connected two-stage reactors. The process uses controlled gasification, fluidization, and heat recirculation to achieve continuous, energy efficient conversion of hematite into magnetite.
