Technical Description

This invention details a chemical method for converting industrial waste cotton microdust into functional cellulose membranes via sequential low-concentration alkali-acid soaking and zinc chloride solubilization. By utilizing spin-coating with a sodium chloride mediator, the process drives the simultaneous structural cross-linking of cellulose chains and the automatic separation of UV-filtering lignin.
